Message from Dale Chief Nurse Executive & Vice President of Patient Care Services July 22, 2021
Dear colleagues,
With a little over one week left to complete the StandOut Engagement Pulse survey, I would like to share that the StandOut platform has helped me to recognize and hone in on my personal strengths, especially my top two strengths of Teacher and Equalizer. The StandOut platform is a powerful tool that allows us to connect, build upon our strengths, and accelerate SHC’s collective performance as a team and as a dynamic organization.   One essential component of this platform is the StandOut Engagement Pulse survey. In our last survey, we were fortunate to receive valuable feedback from seventy-five percent of total employees. Your confidential responses are vital to the health of our organization as we further develop our collaborative and supportive culture of fully engaged teams. Everyone’s feedback is exceedingly valued and I look forward to receiving your responses. Please complete the 2-3 minute StandOut Engagement Pulse survey (open until July 28th). If you have not already done so, please complete your StandOut self-assessment prior to completing the survey. For questions or more information, please refer to the StandOut Engagement Pulse FAQs, visit the StandOut website, or speak with your team leader.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. Your collective passion, commitment, and leadership in using your StandOut strengths is evident in your beautiful StandOut walls that showcase the dynamic diversity of SHC’s vibrant teams. We look forward to hearing your input and using it to make SHC an even more fulfilling and engaging place to work.
With respect and admiration,
Dale Beatty, DNP, RN, NEA-BC Chief Nurse Executive and VP of Patient Care Services |Teacher // Equalizer|
