I am honored to share some significant news that reflects Stanford Health Care’s spirit of resilience, commitment to patient safety, and dedication to quality outcomes. SHC has been recognized for the sixth time in the U.S. News & World Report’s Elite Honor Roll as one of the country’s best hospitals.
|The U.S. News & World Report draws on a set of measures and methodologies to evaluate the hospital’s performance in terms of outcomes and quality of patient care across 26 specialties, procedures, and conditions. Only 2.9 percent of hospitals are ranked in at least one specialty. In this report, over 4,500 nationwide hospitals were compared and SHC was listed as: No. 13 NationallyNo. 4 in CaliforniaNo. 1 in the San Jose Metropolitan Area|
