A few weeks ago, I had honor of witnessing our Nurses in action during the Association of California Nurse Leaders (ACNL) Conference in Rancho Mirage. The eventful poster session provided 52 posters from across the state with evidenced based practices, innovations and cutting edge leadership. We had three poster presentations, and I am proud to announce to you, that we placed, FIRST and SECOND place! I saw the powerful resource and voice you have in your colleagues as nurse leaders.

Stanford Nurses continue to demonstrate leadership at every turn, from the Daisy Awards given out to Leah Bailey ( C2 ) and Lauren Reifsnyder (D1) to poster presentation to Shared Leadership successes, we are improving the nursing care.
